Refund policy
Returns:
Our policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in brand new condition. We do not issue refunds.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our online store or event where you purchased from us. We don't accept returns on purchases from our retail partners, they will handle your return where you purchased it.
Warranty
We only replace items if they are defective. Only products purchased within the last 6 months are eligible for warranty claims. We do not warranty the outer fabrics of our designer collars. Ripped, torn, stained fabric, or any other damage caused by wear to any part of the collar is not covered. Our collars are not intended for tie outs and evidence of such use will void the warranty.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 314 Wabash Ave Kansas City Missouri US 64124. Please include all of your contact info and the reason for your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs on exchanges both ways. Warranty replacements will be shipped from SLiK Hound for free.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Make time on returns is 7-11 Business days once the return is received.
